I had a chipped p75 running my b16 when it was boosted.

Long story short, cut the jumper to run a single cam. Now i need it chipepd again, so i soldered a new jumper in. But it wont read from the chip, with no chip in and the jumper in j1 it still runs like a factory p28.

Anyone have any insight? i think the guy who i let do it burnt the board and now it wont allow j1 "jump" correctly due to a break.
