So wait a min, do these Come w/ Top Hats or not? Confused ...

 

Don't come with the top hats...right now my stock top hats are on them, and I'll have to switch them out.....stock ones work...or you can buy from Toko Garage and get the J's Pillowball Mounts for $300ish. Or any other brand......
