ok so i bought my 89 wagovan with a b18b1 swap in it. it wasnt running and what i was told was that all it needed was the alternator put back on and a new battery, i did all that and it still wont turn on. the car will crank but wont start. i just found out that the ecu was a pr4 a60. the wire harness has been cut and taped poorly so im not sure what the problem is anymore if anyone has any advice on that i should try or what i need to get it running please let me know thanks for reading

 

mabe if you post pics of your wagon... we can tell you what the issue is..

 

did you check for spark? or are you getting fuel? does the fuel pump kick on when you turn the key.
