Default Power Steering Issues

Having some power steering issues, and its got me stumped right now. I dont want to start guessing and throwing new parts at the car either.
Whenever it is turned to full lock (right or left doesnt matter) the high pressure hose will jump, and fluid gets dumped into the resivior causing numerous amounts of bubbles. Eventually the bubbles will build up, will flow up and out of the cap on the resivior, and the pump will become noisy.
If I dont hit the lock, this will not happen.

Zero leaks in the system. I have taken out the resivior cleaned the screen at the bottom (wasent that dirty to begin with) put in new Honda fluid, and bled the system. The issue is still present.

Any help on this? I have searched and it seems like cleaning the screen at the bottom of the resivior has helped everyone, except me.

Thanks

sounds like you didn't get all the air out when you bleed it last I checked I believe you have to vacuum bleed the power steering rack

Well before I cleaned the resivior, it was doing this. So the system was fine, no air, then this issue occured, then I pulled the resivior to clean the screen.
So even if I didnt get all of the air out, how did the air get in, in the very begining when it wasent even tampered with?

Ive had one instance lke this on a customers car when I worked for Honda. Take a small hand style vaccum/pressure pump and put it on your resivior. Add like 5-7 psi of pressure and see if the pressure drops. Also that will make the leak visible if its on the suction side.
