Quickest way is to swap in the motor 1 for 1 with your existing motor (reuse your existing manifolds). Off the top of my head, if you do a 1 for 1 swap the only modification would be the fan switch (extend wires and switch the connector to the newer style). If you want to do the MPFI conversion, I'd recommend doing that before the swap or after you verify that the new motor is mechanically sound. Doing all this in one shot may lead to a big headache. It's up to you though.

You don't necessarily have to convert to OBD1 but again it's up to you and what your end goal is.
