I wanna buy a hatch with an ls engine but my friend said he recently got a fix a ticket for the engine...would this transfer to me if i buy the car?

 

No, it is tied to his name and DL number.

But keep in mind you have to get it smogged when buying it so if it's a VTEC engine in a non-vtec car or something.. they will hassle you.

anyone else can bouch that im ok buying this car with a fix a ticket? its a ef with a b18a1, and smog is not a problem i got a friend that knows a friend that knows a friend lol...

if he dosent pay or apear in court will they put a hold on the registration or something?

 

Nope he will get a bench warrant for his arrest, but nothing happens to the car.

And you should be able to pass smog with a B18a1 as long as all the vacuum lines are hooked up and there is no CEL. They might not even notice.
