if i wanna just repaint my interior panels instead of trying to source all black panels out. what kinda paint should i use so that way it stays. and how should i prep the panels for the paint. lmk guys thanks in advanced.

Panels usually there is a interior/plastic paint at home depot.
For fabric - RITS Dye. some guy did the whole carpet, took 6 boxes though hahah.

 

Krylon Fusion for plastic (from what I've heard) is pretty good for painting the interior panels. They have 3 blacks to choose from; gloss, satin, and flat.

Or you could just sell me your blue panels? I got a couple prepainted black ones that came with the car and I'm trying to get the blue put together :}
