Has anyone bought a JDM DC front end from JDM Importers? They are offering local pickup in LA for $1100. I saw one story on here about the parts being fake, but no other comments.

those pics have been on ebay before. ask dude what the deal is. that shop has been around over 2 years and done quite a few jobs. no idea why he has a new ebay id unless it was some paypal issue. might not even be his fault, who knows

 

i just called him and imma check it out tomorrow when i get off work, they have good prices.

 

they have what should be normal prices. some idiots think they can get a lot more. truth is the entire front half of a jdm R will cost 4500 shipped. that's the engine, tranny, ecu, rhd dash, cluster, front end, all of it. non hid fronts are only worth around 1000, engine swap package 3300-3500 and the rhd dash whatever you can get, least a few hundred

 

hey i checked them out, they're based out of their house and they have alot of conversions. The headlights arnt painted they are real. He said to just call them and it wont be as expensive casue if u go through ebay they have to tax you. So just give him a call. All the bumpers fenders hoods all have scuff dings. ect. but still good id buy from them. you will still have to get it painted anyways.

 

all front ends come scratched and dinged. unless you buy the whole car this is the nature of the beast. you ever ask why he made a new ebay account?

 

naw i completely forgot to ask y he made a new ebay account. but i personally would jus drive to his pad and pic out what set you want and pay cash you would get a better deal that way and get to choose the best looking set he gots.
