Hey all, well my moms prelude has been actin up for a while, everytime she would start the car it would just crank but if she gave it some gas, it would start..........now the other day, my mom goes to start it and it jus cranks, its bone stock....... i checked to see if the timing belt was okay and it is..i checvked for spark and their was spark, checked the fuel, and i no theirs fuel up to the fuel rail and i chjanged the injectors, it started to sound like it was gonna start but still no luck.........tuned up the car(plugs,etc)im just at a lost for knowledge,any help guys????????

 

Any CELs? Is the fuel pump priming?

 

If you havent already i would check all the engine and trans
ground wires. Make sure good metal to metal contact and
firm connection.

 

Yeah check your grounds and maybe the main relay. I had the same problem. Swapped a new main relay on and tightened a loose ground. Started right up!

 

No engine codes now. I have had the check engine light and ATTS light on before. I can't start the car, so I am not sure they are still on.

I will check the grounds. I did check the ground to the battery. I will check the other grounds on the engine.

 

1up on the main relay. its a cheap part pull it from any 90s honda at the junkyard and see if it solves your problem.
