Default Alternator is stuck

Im having trouble starting my car now. I pushed started it and noticed that the alt. pulley and belt were spinning as normal, but the actual stuff inside the alternator wasnt moving at all. Any ideas or tips to fix this?

I suspect that "stuff" inside the alternator is moving. If something were broken and the internals were not spinning, the alternator would be making a hell of a noise. You may still need an alternator, but you need to do a little more scientific testing. A volt/ohmeter is your friend. A VAT40 is an even better friend.
