would red CTR carpet fit into an eg hatch? id think it would be too big..?

It wouldn't fit.

You're best bet would be to find one of those online carpet manufacturers that makes OEM carpet replacement. Order carpet for your civic and order it in red.

Yeah...I know alot of people shy away from ebay...but I know they have replacement carpet on there for around 100-120 and you can choose alot of random colors.
