Motor has around 150k tranny has a little more. Will come with everything except ecu. The motor has a small knock, everything else seems to be fine. been driving fine with the knock, only used amsoil full synthetic and k&n oil filters since I purchased the motor. Everything else has been serviced with all Honda OEM genuine parts. Selling because I got a B16. It has many upgrades such as:

Aem CAI with green HKS filter
Greddy 4-2-1 Header
Unorthodox Ultra SS pulley set
brand new NGK blues and NGK iridiums 1 step colder
Aem adjustable cam gear
New OEM timing belt and water pump (1 yr old/12k miles)
ACT stage 3 clutch with 6 puck disc and ACT lightened flywheel
B18 throttle body

Valve cover gasket and oil pan gasket changed a year ago.
