ok i just got a stock 91 integra ls and i want to get a little more power. my friend told me to get new cam shafts and it will help with a little better performance and speed. Can someone help me pick a stage 1 shaft or tell me some other things to do?

a bigger cam shaft is a good way to make power, but there is more to it then to just throw it in and call it good. most after market cam shafts require better springs and retainers in the head in order to hold the bigger lobe from you upgraded cam shafts. You should start off with getting an intake, header and exhuast and go from there. they are easy to install and will give you good bang for the buck! from there you can start to look at what options there are for your motor!
