I have a yellow '88 4WS and it's missing some parts.

I'm curious to see the following stock parts:

- floormats
- rear deck/speaker covers
- muffler
- airbox (not just engine pic, looks like there's more to it than that)

The more pics the better. I'd like to put this car back to stock, which means I need a stock airbox too. Looks like it's a bit more complicated than my Civic airbox.

The more pics of OE stuff the better. Thanks.

I joined Prelude*Power and PreludeOnline. Don't remember which one it was, but one is impossible to log onto.

I'm just not normally on those sites so I check threads less there (seemed kinda dead anyway) so I didn't try there.

Trust me, I am not in love with Honda-Tech. It still stands that it has a lot of members and is one of the better known Honda sites out there, thus why I post here.

If Honda-Tech doesn't have that then there is no reason for me to be here besides a few people I have met on this site. Even then, I can keep in contact with those people through other means.

If anyone is willing to snap a few photos for me, feel free to post. I don't want this thread to turn into a thread about how people here don't care in this section or elsewhere on this site. If you'd like a thread on that please direct yourself to GDD.

 

There's no opinion in either post. Prelude Power.com simply has a bigger 3G following. That's why your request would be better met over there. In fact, you might be able to simply browse the 3G Photos thread and find your answers.

 

I tried searching before. I was hoping there might be a kind person out there with a third gen would would be willing to help me out.

 

I wish I could help, but the only 3G photos I have are of my first Prelude, after the backflip.

 

Okay, so it WAS Prelude*Power I was having a problem with.

I have an account there. I've been signed in before.

But now when I try to sign in it says thanks for signing in and all that, then the next page that loads shows me as not being logged in. I can't post. I can't message anyone.

So the site is worthless to me.

I can't message anyone to say there's a problem even. When I go to Contact Us, the captcha is blank. It won't load, it won't say what it's supposed to have.

So I cannot log in. Please do not try to tell me to go to that site again since it will not work for me. My user name is the same on that site as it is here.

 

My car didn't come with rear speakers, much less speaker covers. Any help on what they should look like?

Did some more searches. Found lots of Civic parts and 4G Prelude parts.

Yeah, I'm not having much luck with anything myself.

eBay only shows 5G parts when I searched.

I was hoping someone could confirm to me what all the parts look like too. Not just, "here's a pic that might be it" (not that you did that).

I've managed to see a few other 3G Preludes in the area. Mostly driving though. I did see a yellow one parked. Should have gotten out and peeked inside, but I'm not trying to freak anyone out.

Lucky me, I actually was up north today with Eran so he could sell a stock CD player. When we were driving through the mall parking lot I saw a shiny red '88-'89 Prelude S. Since we had a few minutes we parked and I went over and checked it out.

I got to see what looked like stock speaker covers in the rear, thought it had big aftermarket floormats (figured).

Thanks for making the thread. Oddly enough I was able to log in from that page. I've been trying on and off for days to log on and though I'd had luck before, it hadn't been working for awhile.
