Default 96 y7/y8 Starting Problem

ok first off thanks for taking time to read this as well as thanks for any responses i get......

I have a 96ex coupe with a y7/y8 mini me swap.....

First of the car is original y8 car...but previous owner for some reason threw a y7 swap down in.....the problem was it had the ecu and the wiring harness from the y8 still....so at 5k it wanted to cut out..cause obviously the y7 had no Vtec....so i got a descent y8 head as well as intake......

First i took it apart and replaced everything on the top end...intake fuel rail....TB and everything......

Now that its back togethor i crank it over and i get nothing.....it cranks and cranks but nothing.....

So i checked the vac lines and they are good......

then checked if any codes was throwing......NO CODES

Checked the plugs....and they are all getting spark

Next i went to the FUEL.....first i loosened the FPR and it had fuel...then the fuel rail and fuel line and it had fuel there........unseated the injectors and it had fuel.....not sure if i can take them out and see if they spray....thats the First Question......(Whats best way to test injectors?)

Now if we throw some ether in the intake it will try to start up and idle funny...like its a bad a/f ratio.....

2nd question.....anyone had this problem or seen it....if so your knowledge would be well appreciated
