HID Fog lights
I'm thinking about getting a set of oem fog lights and put a set of hids behind them. So my question is has anyone had any problems with doing so such as cracking of the housing or anything like that?
i ordered a set of h3 HID kit for my 2000 coupe. i'll let you guys know how it goes. i prolly wont be able to get mine done for another 3 weeks or so.. depends on how fast the shipping will be. but if someone beats me to it, even better! then i could use some help... =D
lol nah, im keeping the thread alive. :D
cuz i read of fitment issues of HID h3 bulbs in the 92-95 housings.
and for this reason u need to drill a hole, in the housing or something.
but i have not been able to find a DIY for HID's in 92-95 Stanley fog lights

Or if anyone has some help info. that would be a big help also
No u need to drill a hole in the back no matter what fog light housing your using, as HID bulbs have a longer back to them then regular bulbs. They thick out about a half inch to an inch from the back plate, just use caulking to make it water tight, I did mine 2 years ago and no problems, its easy to do
