No problem, the ends of the coolant lines should be self explanatory with everything else connected. If you can't figure it out I'll tell you where they go (I'm sure you'll figure it out though

There are only two hoses you need to change. The "U" shaped hose going from the thermostat housing into the intake mani and the EACV hose that goes from the water pipe in on the back of the block up to the EACV. That one just needs to be lengthened about 4 inches to be safe.
Edit: They're hose 7 and 5 on the left picture.
