Icon2 B18C4 build - compression ratio

I finished my b18c4 build with some ycp high compression type-r pistons. It's claimed that on a B18C1 the CR will be ~approx 12.26:1.

How much compression will I have on B18C4?
I will run a colder(bkr-7e) plug.
Should I also have to retard the distributor a little so it won't knock?

The problem is I think in the dynamic compression being too high with stock B18C4 cams.

What do you think? - daily driver, stock build with high CR pistons.

No head work. Arp rod&head studs. That's it. It will be a stock revving engine.
