i m trying to install the stock intake box from a ef8 and the little scoop that I'm guessing it connects to the t-bar where the screen is at does any one know how the scoop bolts up?

Ive seen that before on a front clip but cant remember how its bolted down.it looks like it goes under the headlight and the other holds on where to screen on the t-bar. heres a pic of a front clip that has the piece your talking but its not bolted on hopefully some one can help

I've got an EF8 I'm taking apart to restore, taking apart the front is pretty much where I'm at. I'll be working on it soon, so if you're not in too much of a hurry I can post up a few pics then to show you how it's set up.
yup. like everyone already said. i have the same JDM B16A intake. it bolts up under the T-Bar, but our missing a part that looks like a long "J" shaped tube that connects to it.then it slides in under the headlight then to the air box.

it won't bolt right into your USDM CRX with out mods. The SiR is built differently to accommodate the B16. The nose of the frame is longer, you would have to cut into the frame so the bumper will clear the snorkel.

I said I would post pics of the intake setup on the EF8 itself and I finally got around to it now, better late than never, hopefully this thread helps whoever might be wondering the same thing.
