thats an optional oem fog kit(thats my buddy Aaron's itr) most ukdm lips are exactly like usdm itr lips btw. You can cut holes in your bumper, theres dotted lines on back of bumper, than put itr lip on an trace hole than cut the lip... you probably wont find a already cut itr lip like that.so you half to make your own.
