Default Q3 Burned on P72

Hey everyone. I have an OBD1 P72. It was chipped and I noticed Q3 was burned up. Does anyone know where I can buy another Q3 or what the part number is? Do I even need it? Let me know. Thanks!

Was it Q31?

If so that is for the EVAP output and you can either replace it with another one from a parts ECU or just remove it and don't worry about running the EVAP.

This component gets burnt up if you plug the EVAP plug into the IAT and vice versa. It happens all the time and this leads to the IAT sensor melting the tip and Q31 burning up inside the ecu.

The "1" is burned so I didn't see it. But yes it is Q31. Is it okay to leave the burned transistor in there or do I need to remove it?
