i have blox sleeves on 10k..front. 8k..rear spring rates.. only the rear of my car has illuminas at the moment.

damping is set of 5..sleeves are maxed all around..
rear barely if any tucks.. should i cut the bumpstops that came with the illuminas?..

another question i got is what dampening do u guys recomend for my spring rate?..i will be ordering the front friday.

the "cup" in the rear shock doesnt allow the coilover perch to go as far down. with GC kit, if you want to get lower you use a shorter spring that is available from Eibach.

you dont have that option with cheap generic coilovers (blox=cheap and generic). what i have seen, but dont necessarily recommend, is cutting around the cup so you can get the perch lower on the shock.

it doesnt matter what shock setting its at for ride height. the bumpstop SHOULD have been cut to about half its height. but really, when youre running that low, youre just going to mess up the shock since they just arent designed to operate at such a low ride height. its not a matter of the quality of the shock.
