Motor mount Problem! (searched)
Hi Honda Tech!
The site has helped me out in many problems But i had to
post one that i could not find. Ok so i have 94 Ls DC4 Ive had it for about 4yr now and i have fixed many issues that it came with (being that i picked her up for $1300) i will post pics later
Ok enough of that Now i need help figuring out if i am missing a Mount or something. Because the engine rocks back and forth way to much while driving. Ive was looking at the mounts that are in but can only see 4
But by looking at this diagram...
It looks as if i am missing the left front mount
when looking at my actual car there is just a empty space there.
Now do i need a mounting bracket similar to the right side or just a mount
i want to be sure before i order anything.

You should have a bracket that is bolted to the engine. If you see it, thats where the motor mount sits. Has the engine been swapped at all? Because I dont know anyone dumb enough to not put the drivers side motor mount back in... But if you have the bracket that is bolted to the engine, you only need the actual mount. If you dont, you should just hit an auto wrecker and get one for cheap. Good luck.
Your gona need:

x2 90166-SR3-000
x1 90372-SR3-003
x1 90504-SR3-010
The mount doesn't have a bracket. Its its own piece.

Cool thanks, i hope i can find it at the wrecking yard.
The previous owner of the poor Teg had it riced out. Plus it was beat to hell .
Luckily i saved it and began working on it as a side project. So i am sure i will run in to
a few more things along the way Thanks for the help.

You actually dont need the left front mount where the a/c compressor sits on. Its either your 3 main mounts are shitted out or probably are loose. Aftermarket mounts only use the 2 main side mounts and the rear mount.
maybe some mounts are busted...?? my right motor mount was busted and motor was sorta rocking so I filled it up with the yellow and black construction glue from home depo. Now my car vibrates just a tad more but the motor is stiff as can be.

So does that mean that if i buy the missing mount my motor will still be the same. btw id like to try filling them but is it hard to remove mounts ? keep in mind i am not a really good mechanic.
Your best bet is buy new mounts. I've never filled them in before but I think its just straight up ghetto. The mounts are fairly simple to remove. The rear one will be a pain in the *** though.
you dont need either front mount. all you need is the main 3. with that being said you have a busted mount if your motor is moving like you say it is.
