d16 header on d17?

quick question my bro is putting his ek to stock and i was wondering if i could use the d16 header on my d17, since they are both d series motors

You won't be able to without serious customization. It will not bolt up to the D17 catalytic converter or midpipe (depending on your car's model), without cutting and welding.

Depends.. If it's a D16V1 or D16W7, the D17 header is plug and play, so it must work the other way around too..

Neither of those D16's are available in the North American market.
