i have no idea what im doing..
would this fit my sedan EF ?

that listing is for a nissan 240, so I would guess that it will not fit your ef sedan

Thule foot pads for 88-91 Civic/CRX will work on the sedan also.

racks are universal, you just get the rights arms to fit your car.
