THE CAT WAS COMPLETEY CLOGGED!! running perfect, 2 head gaskets later, now with buddyclub thin hg, arp head studs, jdm itr header+cat, +2 -1 setup, and chipped obd1 ecu.

4x fuel pressure meaning 40 something psi right?
Why did you have to reset your cam timing? Did something slip? You say its misfiring steady now. Have you determined what cylinder is misfiring? Might be time for a leakdown test...

i remember when i i busted my exhaust pipe right before the cat converter the car barely got up the hill it sounded like it was drowning.

p2p is a 96+ civic EX ecu....its nowhere near enough fuel for that setup. You need to get it tuned. Get a socketed ecu and a obd2 to obd1 adapter and find a tuner asap before you do damage.

coolant leak. allowing air bubble to circulate cause a fluctuation in the iacv. check coolant make sure you bleed it properly.

What car? And what harness arre you using? Oh, and did you test your spark plug wires? Did you gap your plugs right? Right type of plugs? Vacuum hoses set up right? Coolant lines routed properly? There's sooooooo much it could be with more info.
