where can I get one of these?
You aren't going to find something like that, but you can make one if you have a CB7 coupe and find the rear end of wagon. Considering the "squarish" body lines of the CB chassis, i'd say it wouldn't even require a lot of body filler, but you'll need some welds for sure.
what? haha anywere..this took me all of 1 min. to find

Well not just Russia. Europe & Japan are were they were sold. I'm pretty sure that they never saw North American showrooms. Kind of like trying to find a 96 SiR or a Euro R Accord in North America. 2011 you will be able to find some that have been imported and up for sale in Canada...
I'm sure I could probably find someone who could import a 3dr Aerodeck into Canada. Not sure if it will be legal to bring over into the US or if it would even be worth it money wise.

I spent limited time researching, and more time investigating the image. I too have come to the conclusion that it is probably an image hack. One of the things that looks off to me is the rear pillar on the passenger side. If you look at it through the driver door window. You can see that the thickness of the rear pillar is double that on the drivers side??????

No, that does not exist.
It *does* - the Accord Aerodeck in Europe, but that is for the 3rd gen Accords. Just do a Google search and you'll see them. The one you have above is some artist's rendition of what a 4th gen Aerodeck would look like is my guess.
