98 Gsr tempted to buy!

However saving to purchase a 2011 civic si tops the list right now. I want this car and can afford it easily but I think the asking price of nearly 10k is too high for a 98 w/54,000, Original owner or not...
I loved owning my two integras and would love to own a third.
2011 si vs 98 gsr?
Thoughts?

I currently drive an 06 ex cpe and it's got NO power but it's comfortable. I only bought it a day after selling my gsr/h22 for 5k. GF was sick of the project after two years plus it made me broke! This seems like a PHENOMENAL deal?
However i do miss my integras and if i can convince the second half i'm tempted to drive to the dealer and start talking! I'd end up financing around 6k after my trade.

Looks like the trunk was replaced with an RS or LS model. These cars have ridiculous re-sale value right now, but I wouldn't pay that much for it either unless it was in immaculate condition with a good service history.
Yeah i'm guessing the same on the rear hatch. Carfax shows an accident from 02' but it didn't affect the title. Service history looks good from the carfax but aside from actually being there to see the car i'm liking what i see so far.
I was thinkin 8k as an offer? I also have my 06' civic ex to trade sooo...
