I believe it's just mostly corrosion. I got them like that in a trade if that matters. Not so sure about curb rashes, I'll check tomorrow when it's brighter outside. How deep is that scratch on the inside of that one rim? It doesn't affect the wheel in any way does it?

Ill trade you a set of Drag dr 23 aka slipstreams 16's black with a polish lip. Think the offset is +35. The tires are in decent shape on them. The wheels overall are pretty clean.
