Default JDM ITR Headlight harness questions

I am putting the finishing touches on my summer project. I did a swap, engine bay shave, and wire tuck.

In the process of doing all this wiring and tucking some how a few headlight wires got yanked right out the plug that goes into my JDM headlight.

So what I am wondering is how do you de-pin that kind of plug?

Or better yet, anyone know where I can get a wire harness or plugs with wires for DC2 JDM ITR headlights?

I was going to order them from PSWRD JDM but they are out of stock

if you still have the brown 5 wire plug then just rewire them. using a "pick" and plyers you can depin and repin them by just putting wire back into the slot

They will come out if you push the release tab just right. I think you have to pull out the white plastic piece first (if I remember right). I had to do the same thing to solder back on one of the wires.
