Default HELP!!! 95 Teg starting problems

Hi everyone, i have a 1995 Integra ls/vtec with s200 hondata..its a daily driver.. i know i know...haha... just recently i replaced the LMA's, motor mounts, TB in tranny... anyways i went to vegas for about 3 days then came back and the car wouldnt start i asked my dad to turn on the car while i was gone and he said the car was struggling to start up..the car would act up as if it had an ignition switch problem id turn the key and it shut right off.. i looked around for a solution and decided to change the fuel filter. i did. and the car started right up and worked well for about a week. Now it either doesnt start (starts and dies immediately like b4) or starts up struggling with a bad idle and wants to shut off.however if tried to start the car a couple minutes later the car would start up just fine but i noticed that the car when driving feels weaker in low RPM's.

things that i found that could be the problem:
1. Mechanical Timing (will do soon)
2. Distributor - cap/rotor.. i checked ignition coil read the proper ohms however there was quite a bit of rust..
3. Spark Plugs (will be changing soon)
4. Main Relay

The car b4 this started had an idling problem when it heated up (poss dirty IACV)
but the car always started fine and ran fine.
I think the clutch might be bad since it makes a noise when i disengage the clutch and makes a squeaking sound when i shift (but i ordered a exedy clutch kit that just came in today and will be installing shortly) i dont know if this would be related to the start up issue tho.

i got a couple videos of the problems that i will post soon.

thanks guys

a very cheap fix would be cleaning the contact points on the ignition switch

Check your main grounds, batt., batt. to chassis and chassis to engine.

Also check the grounds at the thermostat housing.

Do not just eyeball the connections, remove them, clean both contact surfaces and reconnect. 94
