depending on your color, http://www.handa-accessories.com has the kit. you might also want to check out http://www.hparts.com. the front lip is the most difficult part to find, you might also want to try the classifieds on http://www.preludeonline.com.

just two weeks ago, my local honda dealer found me the front lip in my color (he said it was the last one available in north america) but i had to pay dealer price--$280 with tax. i ordered the sides & rear from h-a.com, and in the end i spent about $900.

you can try getting jdm fogs used or from ebay, but expect to pay between $285-$325. if you go to po.com, search for jdm fogs and you'll get lots of leads.

defenitly felt a loss when removing it back in the top end power
