Icon3 Need help w/ Raceland EP3 Coilovers!! Stranded.

3-4 Months ago I purchased these coilovers:

http://www.racelandus.com/p-61-racel...2002-2005.aspx

They were 250 when I bought them and they are way better than the stock struts and after market springs I had on my civic previously:

The problem is: The clunking when I turn or hit a bump. It's sounds bad and is getting progressively worse.

On this thread someone said "It's just the steering rack hitting something, don't know what though.."

https://honda-tech.com/forums/showth...2657534&page=6

How would I go about fixing this? I'm stranded and need my car soon!!

What did Raceland say when you called them? These things have to come with some sort of warranty, right?

$308 for 4 struts AND 4 springs AND hardware etc?? I don't see how those parts could even be properly manufactured for that price, much less with any R&D in it. No way in hell I'd put something that cheap on my car.

Odds are it's the shock bottoming our or your tie rods making contact with the frame.

@carshop-usa: I was waiting till Monday to swing around so I could call them. They're really friendly and honestly, I haven't had this great of customer service in a long time. The girl on the other end said they'd replace any damaged parts.

@PatrickGSR94: They're actually really great shocks... I'm a broke college student, and it was either these, or no Si. They have good reviews... look um' up.

@Speedooo: Hmmm we checked that just now and it doesn't seem like it's making any contact... My brother-in-law thinks the shock is bad.

I'm gonna talk with a rep from raceland and post here.
