please help i need answers!!

Default please help i need answers!!

so i have a d15b7 and just bought a y8 head i need to know what head studs and timing belt to use for this also with a p28 i would need to run a obd-1 dizzy correct answers or links will be greatly appreciated

Whenever doing a mini me swap, I've always been told to match the head studs and timing belt to the head you're using or going to run.

Your ECU needs to match the OBD of the dizzy. I.E OBD0 dizzy/ecu OBD1 dizzy/ecu and etc...

alright and ive also heard that you can use the old studs but you need a certain one for the corner under the vtec selinoid or else it wons seat properly and leak is this true?

The engine leaks in that corner due to the cylinder head or block not being flat. Headstuds are a certain length for a reason you should keep them all the same.

No. One of the headstuds for the vtec single cams are longer. And it's the one on that side.

Vtec and Non-Vtec head studs are different.
