Trying to see if I can sell my ITRs, someone help me out

Rims: 16" CW ITRs
Condition: Paint chips from being some pretty old wheels. Also on the driver side, both of the lips were sanded down (previous owner). *Refer to pictures*
Tires: Federal
Tire Size: 205/45s
Valve Stems: Ray's red valve stems
