odd issue with car.
on my way home tonight i went to pass someone going well below the speed limit, we where going ~40mph so i rev matched to ~5k rpm and went into second gear(i was already in a bad mood so i was being a bit aggressive). normally i would just take off and go through the rest of the gears.
this time after i went into second and was at WOT(like normal) instead of being smooth it was normal for literally a second then it felt like it dropped like 1 or 2 hundred rpm for a split second the kept going like normal. trying my bes with typing sounds it went like this: BWAAA baa BWAAAAAAAAAAA (lol). i tried it again going down a back road going to my house and it did it again. oh and there is no CEL.
if you have any insight into this it would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like you need to stop down shifting from higher gear to lower one before your trans blows up....
if its going in and out of vtec, your low on oil, time for a change

it wasnt on the highway. i was doing between 35 and 40 so second gear is around 4.5-5k i dont think that is too bad?
anyways it was low oil, found out the oil pan or somewhere around the crank pulley was leaking oil a little bit, so. i believe that should fix that problem.
