Default Buying an integra, good deal?

Its a 1996 4 door LS. 129,000 miles, 5 speed, gold konig feather rims, stock ls meshies, a little rust on rear doors but comes with 4 new doors that just need to be painted. Headers and axle back exhaust. New brakes all around. Just wondering if you guys think its a good deal. I do, but i need more opinions since the car is 60+ miles away and i havent looked at it yet. Here's the two pictures he sent me with more to come:
Also, where would I start as far as modifications given what has been done to the car? thanks in advance guys.

its not a bad price at all....i would just look at the rust and see if it hasnt spread. Also see if you can get it for 1900

Ok. He said it was just on the doors but i assume it would be on the rear quarter panel as well. Also, the 4 extra doors are not painted so i would need to get them painted to match. How much do you think this would cost at a maaco or some place similar?
