Default need help wiring alpine ixa-w404 video player

I have the stereo installed; I am trying to get the video player to work. in the instructions it says there is a yellow/black wire that goes to the foot brake(-) and there is a yellow/blue wire, that goes to the parking brake lamp(+) I’ve seen people bypass this with a switch somehow, but when I search the net all I can find is the PAC-TR7 bypass module. Is there a way to get the video player to work with the car in motion with out the pac-tr7? Any help would be greatly appreciated...
