Just took delivery of a 2010 Acura zdx (140 miles) and the paddle shifters arn't working properly. The main problem is that it won't downshift in either Manual or drive "D" mode. It upshifts OK a little sluglish but it does work. I took it to the dealer and talked to the tech and he hadn't seen this before. I drove another car and it worked fine so it's not something I am doing wrong.
I am just wondering if anyone has seen this and has the solution?

 

Never saw it before but if it was me i'd tell the dealership to fix it. Its a new vehicle.

 

I took it back but I was just trying to get an idea if anyone had this trouble.
They put a new paddle shifter leaver on and that cured the problem.
