how much do stock nsx wheels go for?
There are too many differences to fit them onto the ITR very easily. The offset is different (55 mm NSX front, 50 mm ITR), and the center bore (size of the hole in the middle) is different (70 mm vs 64 mm) so you would need to fabricate some hubcentric rings. Plus, I know the 15" ones won't clear the ITR suspension unless you use spacers, and I'm not sure whether or not the 16" ones will. (The NSX rear wheels are even worse; although the center bore is the same, the offset is 60 mm.) And they're expensive (discount prices are $700 per wheel new; sets of four typically sell for $1500-2000, depending on condition, or more if they have tires on them). All in all, not worth it.

No prob.
I wanted to use some extra NSX wheels I had for my ITR - even went so far as to try getting hubcentric rings at the Tire Rack - but eventually gave up and got some extra ITR wheels (which are relatively easy to come by).

So the 16x7 55 offset wont fit under an R eh? Not even if you get 205-45-16 tires?

The tires might fit, but what are you going to do about fabricating hubcentric rings? And why would you be going to all this trouble, considering how expensive the NSX wheels are?

I can get a BRAND NEW set of 16x7 NSX wheels (4 front) and NEW tires for a smokin price. So dont go assuming that they are "expensive" just yet.
I understand the whole hubcentric ring but I remember I had a set of Desmond Regamasters and Dave @ R&D said we didnt have to use them. The hub of the wheel didnt even match up with the hub on the rotor.

Using wheels with larger bore holes without hubcentric rings is a very, very bad idea. Go here and scroll down to the section that says "What About Hub Rings / Adapters / Spacers?".
