Steering TSB?
I searched, but it doesn't seem like we've been talking about it much.
I both of my Hondas in for scheduled service at O'Donnell Honda in Ellicott City, MD, and mentioned to the manager there that my steering makes some pretty spooky noises, almost like a muffled gunshot going off when I turn the wheel quickly or go into lock on either side.
He said there was a TSB for it, but he wouldn't have time to look at it that day. I said OK, and he performed by B1 service (car has 10K miles).
Anyone had this issue? If so, what has your dealer done about it?
I had just chalked it up to the weirdness of an EPS system. The car performs fine as far as I can tell...but if it's supposed to be better, I'm all for it.

I had this issue on my 08 fa5, basically right off of the lot. When I took it in, the tech seemed familiar with the issue and explained that the fix was to loosen the subframe, re-align everything and then re-torque the bolts to spec. Once that was completed, the knocking sound was gone. He said that there was an issue with a large amount of Si's being misaligned on the assembly line, and that it was something getting bound up in the steering rack from being misaligned.
