Default Damaged JDM brake caliper brackets - could any domestic part be used to replace them.??

A member of a club I'm in, in the UK has a problem with her JDM 96 Spec teg (4 stud). One of the slider bolts on her front brakes has been damaged and wont tighten up. It seems that the bracket is damaged and may need repairing. Does anyone know if the brackets of any other USDM/UKDM honda/accura would be the same size etc??

There is a post with the full deatils here http://212.67.202.185/~hondar/phpBB2...er=asc&start=0

Unfortunately, I cannot access the site. I've been trying to register for a couple of days now and the site seems to have moved and registration cannot be completed.
