Default My 91 Ef hatch DX project

So I sold my 88 crx Hf Shell and my buddy took over payments on my 01 Ls Integra so I got this 91 Ef hatch dx with full Si interior has a Mini me swap. Motor is a d15b7 block with a d16z6 head, D16y8 Intake Manifold, ef si tranny. The car is converted from Dual point to Multipoint, Jumped from OBD0 to OBD1 but runs OBD2 Injectors I am Running a P28 Ecu. The car has a Fidanza 8lb flywheel, clutch kit, B&M short shifter, hid kit, Walbro 255 Fuel Pump, broadway rear view, my domo kun haha, Momo ****, Car has new Si wheels purchased from Honda. Custom Ek side skirts haha, and a DIY Volvo front lip just got it still lots too do to it. Car use to have a roof rack which sucks cause there are wholes in roof from it but there are screws in it with silicone so no leaks. CAR HAS NO RUST AT ALL.

THE ORIGINAL PAPERWORK AND MANUEL FROM CAR WHEN SOLD NEW IN 1990 IN SOUTH DAKOTA AT HONDA

Well put a clock in the hatch tonight, went through some of the wiring re did alot of the wiring replaced a clip and now the car runs better but it's going into limp mode at 3500 rpm's any ideas? I have checked my ecu not bad tested other good ecu's same thing, I checked grounds, Main relay etc. The wiring harness was hacked when I got the car here are pics

I uploaded these pics so ya'll can see the shitty wiring job done in this car

The two wires that were crossed which was causing me to have to use starting fluid to start the car(fixed now)

The way they jumped the distributor(CRAPPY)

The ecu jumper(the o2 and Vtec is not wired)

Ok so I pulled the harness out tonight

Now I will wait and get some more Wire, Heat Shrink, Solder, already have a Solder gun and the fun will begin. Hoping this will help or possibly fix my 3500 rpm problem.

Gonna fix all this

EWWWW

Twisted wires together = A NO NO

Yeah the car is in really good condition compared to my last 3 ef hatch's or my two crx's but It needs work none the less but not body work which is a huge plus to me. I am redoing the harness soon well attempting it, motor needs a mount for sure. Temporary motor til I save up enough to go B or H series.

yeah i feel ya man, body work is a pain in the *** sometimes. its deffinantly clean dont get me wrong. its cleaner than alot of hondas ive owned haha. if you got the know how to fix whats wrong with it then this will probably turn out to be a great build. I just got a super straight std hatch that im building rebuilding the single slammer in, by next summer ill probably go with a b18b1 or b20.

Yeah I have plenty of knowledge and tools to fix everything just time and money which I'm short on lol. Thats badass about your STD hatch I have had 2 of those, one 90 Si, and then this 91 DX.

Not sure it's a little larger then stock though which sucks but this is just temporary until I go B or H Series once I can save up enough cash or atleast until I can get new harness or pay Pro to fix this one.
