I am searching all around but I can't find the piston to wall clearance of the following pistons:

Piston details:
-YCP PCT Civic Type R pistons 82mm
-T-6 heat treated (Semi forged)
-AC8A grade aluminum (Stronger than regular OEM pistons)
-Coated

Honda specs:
0.01mm - 0.04mm (0.0004inch - 0.0016inch)
service limit: 0.05mm (0.002inch)

What P2W clearance should I go for? As far as I know this piston's material expands less than the regular cast/oem piston. Can I go with the honda spec.?

The engine won't be turbo or a 10k rpm motor, so I think that I don't have to go wide on the clearance.


I need this information ASAP.

I just bought 84.5mm ycp pistons an cant find out what i need to run for piston to wall clearance??? Any help appreciated

 

Minimum 0.002 inch

 

What are your intentions with the engine ?

 

I take 0.03mm with ycp

 

i cant find the specs either im looking to race my engine an have the same pistons. I bought a set of 84.5mm ycp pistons

 

i plan on racing the car on dirt track.
