A full tank would reduce the chance of condensation contaminating the fuel. Adding a fuel stabilizer like Stabil would be a good idea.
I would prefer a trickle charger on the battery rather than removing it. (Radio codes and ECU relearning, ect.)
An oil change wouldn't hurt if you're halfway to one anyway.
Give it a bath and wax job. A breathable cover wouldn't hurt, assuming you're parking indoors.
Make sure rodents like mice are not going to make a nest in your interior, exhaust, or intake systems.
Tires should be at the recommended inflation pressure.
Save a few bucks on your insurance and drop everything but your comprehensive coverage if they'll let you.

In addition to the other suggestions:
I usually leave some baking soda in a small bowl in the passenger's foot well in my Teg over winter. It traps moisture + odors.
If possible start the CR-V at least once a month and let it run for 15-20 minutes with the A/C on. This allows the refigerant to run and redues the chances of the A/C system going kaput.
Oil change before parking and before going back on the road.
some WD40 on the brakes usually helps reduce rusting.
