Ok, The car is a 96 GSR. So the car is obd-2. I am running a obd-1 LS 1.18b. I am using a conversion harness for the ecu. I ahve 2 ECU's P28 P06. It cranks over but does not start.
1. spray starting fluid
car starts and runs everytime
shut car off will not start without starting fluid
2. check the fuel pump
fuel pump is not on when turning key
fuel pump is only running when car is running
3. check main relay
main relay clicks...ok
using 3 different main relays all 3 click
4. make switch to turn fuel pump on and off
toggle switch works and turns on and off fuel pump
fuel to rail complete

going to get a noid light tomorrow to check injector pulse. I'm lost I need help
