I wanna keep my AC in my EK 96 with a B20swap.

Any ideas what AC Bracket I need..I see hasport is selling one but I ain't trying to buy a new ac bracket. Anyone if any OEM Bracket might work? Also and what Belt..

Hmm I have a b20 bracket on my engine only two bolts line up (the one on the bottom and top) *towards the compressor pully* left side when looking from the front..does only two bolts mount the compressor with these b20 bracket or delsol?

Looks like its a little off but won't bolt on because it is off by like less then .25"

 

are u using your stock SOHC A/C compressor?

 

using the stock d series compressor..anyways I got the belt on with only two bolts holding the compressor..whatever bracket that is on the b20engine apparently works but other two bolts don't line up with the compressor mounting points..I can take a pic if anyone is interested..now I don't have to sweat like a pig...feels good with AC..

 

Sounds to me like you have a b series bracket

 

actually I am not sure what AC bracket it is..but only two bolts holding the compressor..I was to lazy to take it out..it seems fine and spins fine.. pain in the *** taking out that AC bracket..

yeah it is a pain messing with A/C crap. but if u had a B20 bracket, they would all line up perfect.
ANYWAY good job. +1 for keeping your A/C with a SWAP!!
