Default GSR vs ITR Tranny for B series

Ive noticed on multiple occasions that people with GSR transmissions experience 3rd gear grind... I know the ITR tranny has coated synchros and tighter gearing as well as an LSD. Anyone use both for a while? How do the ITR trannys hold up?

They use the same synchros. Grinding happens when a trans has been abused and needs to be repaired.

They are the same transmissions when it comes to anything shifting related.
