Fully polsihed my BBS LMs
Finally decided to fully polish out my LMs. I really didnt want to cause I knew how much work was involved. Hahaha Took about 7-9 hour per rim. Finished in 4 days all by myself!
How it was before, Silver

Stripping the paint with aircraft remover

Scraped off the paint and sanded everything down with 150 grit sand paper

Wet sanded it down with 600, 800, and 1000 grit. Pictured is after 1000 grit

One spoke polished

Finished product!!

On the car

Tell what you think! :wheee:

gorgeous! I keep thinking about doing this w/ the blades I picked that were already painted...but I'm kinda lazy
you should post some before/after pics to compare what they looked like on the coupe before polishing.
