Default Help with identifying problem

I have a 89 HF with almorst 300k and every once in a while it seems like my car misses BADLY (whole car shakes like if its getting push started) when accelerating? While driving ill let of the gas immediately and ease back into it& it goes away. Then after a couple minutes it will completely go away and accelerate fine. No codes are coming up? Spark plugs and wires look good? Not to sure about the injectors or fuel pump. Cap and rotor have been changed in a long time? Any ideas?? I threw some sea foam in the tank twice still nothing. fuel filter has been changd 2-3 yrs ago?? clutch and fly wheel are new happened before and after the clutch and flywheel change.
thanks

take the dizzy cap off and clean the electrodes. try another kind of plug. although they look good they might have a bad gap or they are fouled out.
make sure %100 plug wires are snug
(they can look snug but on the inside the metal plug is pushed in and need pulled out)

after you do that. the main thing is to figure out if this is a fuel problem or ignition problem.
could be a fuel pump going bad.
bad timing or improper fuel feeding can mke a car shutter

change your plugs considering that is the cheapest fix. it is most likely a distributor

Is the tach jumping up and down? Sounds like the ignitor is on it's way out.
